The offer
The First Impressions Campaign is open to organisations joining Momentum Health Experience as founding client partners. The founding partnership package is a free first experience and opportunity audit, a fixed price co-design sprint focused on one signature experience, and the option of a discounted measurable pilot.

What taking up the offer commits you to
Founding partners take up the audit and the co-design sprint together. The two are designed as one piece of work and are not available separately. The measurable pilot is optional and entirely at your discretion.

The cost of the sprint
The co-design sprint is offered at a fixed price, agreed with you in writing before any work begins. That price is set for each partner individually and depends on the stakeholder mix agreed for the sprint, for example the number and type of participants, including patients, healthcare professionals and members of your own team.

An enquiry is not a commitment
Submitting the enquiry form does not commit you or Momentum Health Experience to anything. It starts a conversation. Either of us may decide not to take things forward at any point before a scope of work is agreed in writing, and neither of us needs to give a reason.

When the offer runs
The campaign is open until 31 December 2026. To qualify, a project must be submitted through the First Impressions Campaign enquiry form while the campaign is open.

What the offer does not cover
The offer applies only to the project submitted through the campaign. It does not extend to wider programmes of work, to other projects running alongside it, or to any subsequent work commissioned with Momentum Health Experience. Those are quoted separately on our usual terms.

Changes to the campaign
Momentum Health Experience may amend or withdraw the campaign at any time. Any change will not affect a founding partnership already agreed in writing.

Your information
Details submitted through the enquiry form are used only to respond to your enquiry about the campaign, and are handled in line with the Momentum Health Experience privacy policy.
